Has the writing bug bitten me?

Her tears fell. Softly at first, then profusely, like incessant rain. She wiped the edges of her eyes with her wrapper, sniffling all the while. The woman looked at her " I ka n'ebe akwa?" she asked. "I cho ka o fu gi o ge i di sikwa ka....." she spoke the words like she had phlegm lodging in her throat, then trailed off suddenly, looking into the sky, she clutched her red wrapper firmly to her bosom. She looked at the woman again and said in perfect English " He is not immune to tears" " Save them for when they are needed, they hold power". " He made me sad" she responded. The woman shrugged, then tightened the knot of her wrapper." E me si go m" handing her the brewed concoction she turned her back to the sobbing woman and left.
